Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Tomorrow?

So here's what I got in the fridge: eggs, milk, cucumber, orange juice, an onion I think, different kinds of peppers, butter, the salted stick kind and the olive oil and sea salt kind in a tub. Meat and potatoes, chicken in spaghetti sauce, cheese. I have Raisin Bran in the cabinet. I wish I had oatmeal. Any ideas anyone? I start my diet tomorrow. Also my freezer is packed and I don't really know what in it besides uncooked chicken, and other meats. I want waffles.

The only thing fattening is eating too many calories. Figure out what you want to eat out of what you have and see if you can work it into your calorie goals.3 -

They are.... Fat is 9 calories per gram, carbs are 4 calories per gram as is protein.3 -
Whatever you want to that fits in your calories. As time goes by you will figure out what works best to keep you full, but to start, just eat less of what you normally eat.1

If you have fajita seasonings you can thaw out 1# or so of chicken, cut it into strips, and saute it with some peppers and onions. maybe a lot of peppers and onions. then bake 2 potatoes. eat half and then have the other half for lunch Friday.
breakfast raisin bran and milk - don't add any sugar and 1 glass of OJ
lunch scramble a couple of eggs (using the olive oil) and if you have bread - have a fried egg sandwich
veggies always make a good low cal addition to any meal0 -
