Everyday brings new challenges. Everyday is a new start. So stay mentally tough and follow through with your goals. But life will hit you in the mouth and hit you hard. This world cares nothing for quitters. But you are not a quitter. Step up and do the work, be patient with yourself. Don't beat yourself up if you miss a day of workout or eat something you're trying to avoid. Stand strong in gap and prepare to hit it again.
