So my name is Jessica. I am new to this site. I have been stuck at 130 for a while now and my goal weight is 120 so I am hoping this site can help me achieve my goal. One big problem I have on my weight loss is eating healthy. I am not creative with healthy foods and I do not like veggies. I love to mix zucchini in dinners, but that's about it.

    I am starting to go to the gym as I managed to get a free membership for the summer. Trying to increase my stamina and work on my toning.
  • Oh thats good! Good luck! The bender ball works really good for your stomach, I am always sore after doing it.
