I like tweaking my favorite meals. That way I have things I will eat during maintenance too.

My breakfast every day....two kashi go lean blueberry waffles, 2% Fage Greek yogurt (I weigh about 1/3 cup), weigh handful of blueberries and 1 tsp of sugar free maple syrup.
Lunch every day is either sautéed or grilled chicken breast in different spices and roasted veggies and herbs (roast up sheet pans every Sunday) and roasted sweet potatoes with fresh thyme.
Dinner: lean proteins, roasted veggies, potatoes, brown rice, salads....keep it simple and fresh.
Good luck!4 -

Pan fried chicken breast with greens is my go-to low cal dinner.
Sometimes I microwave a cup of frozen spinach with a bit of butter + salt & pepper then mix it with a half cup of low-fat cottage cheese. I've used it to make spinach lasagna before but I'm frequently too lazy to make the lasagna and just eat the stuffing bowl by itself. It's very satisfying.1 -

Skinny taste has some yummy recipes. It was my go to on weight watchers0

I just eat whatever I feel like in portions that fit my calorie limit.
Lost 80 lbs that way, and kept it off for a year so far.1 -
I made loaded cauliflower and topped it with bbq pulled chicken. It rocked my world. Just make sure to get a low cal cheese and low cal bbq sauce!0

I am all about simple cooking. These things seem to work great for me: Steamed veggies galore with a sauce and baked chicken or any kind of protein. No grains for me. I make a 'cream' sauce from tahini (with soy milk and braggs). It fills me up b/c I can have as much of the veggies as I want. I also like to take pre-made soups and add frozen veggies and roast beef slices. And of course, any kind of salad with some added protein (beans or meat) is great. I'm light with the dressing, especially if its a mayo (or cream) base. I can just dip my fork into the dressing and eat it as I go (this can save a ton of calories).0
