    Thank you for sharing and inspiring me today. You look fabulous. This makes me keep wanting to stick around here to see where I'm headed on this journey. Obviously, you must be moving around a lot while eating healthier. Do you have any tips for those of us who are working on seeing big results like yours? If so, I'd love to hear what you are doing to be successful. :)

    Thanks everyone for the kind words. @Goddesskat -I have been hiking and running a lot along with dieting. I don't do any exercise that I don't like. I think, for me, I have had to learn to make myself a priority, and forgive myself when I go over my calories for the day. But I still struggle every single day. It helps to remind myself that no food is off limits.
