You've picked a duff entry for eggs from the database.

Find another entry that is accurate.

The entries are inputted by users. That means a lot of the entries aren't correct, even verified ones.

Double check the nutrition and calories before you use the entry.

Only if OP has large eggs. I buy medium myself.

Because you're choosing an erroneous entry from the database.

The entry for "Egg, Whole, Raw" that's verified used to have all the size eggs in it. Someone boogered it up so now all it has is in it is grams :/ . A large egg is 45-50 grams (just the stuff inside, not the shell). No idea on a medium. The calorie data matches the USDA Nutritional Database

Enter the info from your egg carton into the My Foods section if you always buy the same kind - I did that for a few items I was getting weird things back on (like black coffee for 62 calories)

    Personally, I wouldn't bother...it's like 2 calories.
