10 stone 5'7 In need of toning up

So I am on a 5 week shred to try an get the best of what I can out of diet and the gym. I am a healthy weight in fact quite slim, but I really want to get the typical legs bums tums toned for my holiday! I'm literally up to do anything, I have quite mixed feedback off others saying eat healthy and train then others saying eat very very strict only protein and greens an train. Just wanted any ideas as I really want to look better!

    Your diet is more important than training in my opinion.

    Since you are at a healthy and comfortable weight, I'd suggest focusing on training. Eat at maintenance while following a good lifting program like Strong Curves or Fierce 5. You will be able to enjoy a nice recomp effect as a beginner.
