Hey I am Ana and I am a teenager however I have been riding the weight loss rollercoaster for years!!! Most of my family is overweight and my aunt recently lost 200lbs! However sadly she lost is because she became really ill due to the lap band surgery. Just looking for some support no matter what your age is and no matter what your weight loss goal is!     I am just about to start a new diet and dont really have much support from my friends (weird how they are first to comment that you need to lose weight but also first to put you down for trying!!) so would love to swap stories and experiences if that's ok with you? I am 27 and really unhappy with my weight. Starting a diet called pronokal (not sure how popular it is here and there isnt much support sites set up) but my doctor thinks it is the best one for me. What diet are you doing? How are you getting on?
