Where could I find out what my body fat percentage is?

Hi I'm looking to find where I could find out how much body fat I have. I'm trying to get down to around 10-12% body fat. I believe I am somewhere areound 18-20% I would just like to be able to hear a specific number

There's body fat calculator online. I do think you have to measure your waist, hips and thighs in order to work properly.0

A dexa scan is the only reliable way2

Yup a Dexa scan or Bod Pod would be your most accurate however if that's not an option then a skin caliper test taken at several pre-determined point on the body will give you a decent idea of where you're at. I'd suggest taking it on more than 3 points of the body for better accuracy.3

Or hydrotank. There are mobile tanks that make rounds of different gyms in some areas. Some also offer a dexa scan0
