This delicious and nutritious low-calorie meal dinner suggestion. For the total of a whole whopping 413 calories, I'm having grilled swai, asparagus spears, long grain wild rice, multigrain bread slice, and Wyler's Light peach iced tea! #Winning :p

I'm doing a simple dinner tonight, spaghetti with homemade sauce, cheesy garlic bread, and salad (460 calories).

We're eating lazy chile rellenos. I think 2 servings is less than 300 calories.

This is also really good and under 400 calories per serving

Steak, homemade potato wedges, corn on the cob, salad
and a slice of heaven for dessert

All in all, I'd guess about 1000kcals...

Haddock, corn, Parkay, perogies, and (if I don't muck it up) crispy fried onions. 724 calories.

    That's the plan provided I don't get rooster-blocked from using the oven/stove.

I'm thinking pork loin (I don't know how I'll prepare it yet) and a chickpea/avocado/tomato/cucumber salad. And an ocean or two of wine.

WOW That's great!! I'm just going to go vegan for the last week. I couldn't make it 40 days. Tonight I'm having grilled shrimp with black bean spaghetti and asparagus.

Tuna, broccoli, and linguini in a lemon butter sauce. Beer and pizza Friday is temporarily on Saturday because I gave up alcohol for lent and I like pepperoni on my pizza :innocent:

My wife is making my favorite thing... a Bulgarian dish called Яхния (Pronounced "Yahneya")

    Recipe: http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/chicken/bulgarian-chicken.html

This recipe isn't quite right... but will get you close - I would modify this to set aside the chicken after browning, then start by frying the onions and garlic until soft, then add the veggies and, then finally browned chicken and other ingredients.. and of course, use sunflower oil if you can find it (it's a Bulgarian thing). Also black pepper does just as good as white for this recipe if you don't have... . Serve with a crusty bread (in moderation).

Calories depend on your exact usage of the ingredients (what cut of chicken, how much oil, etc), and how much bread you use to sop up the amazing sauce... I generally come in at about 750.
