Does anyone have any smoothie recipes that don't have bananas in it but are still thick and creamy?

    My personal recipe is..
    10g cocoa powder
    2 packets stevia
    140g mixed frozen berries
    1 cup almond milk
    1 tbsp/15g light peanut butter
50g source yogurt (it's zero fat / low carb and pro )
Scoop of muscle pharm assault pineapple mango preworkout
15g optimum nutrition cake batter flavor protein powder
I also sometimes add calorie free flavor drops, preferably peanut butter flavor

It's good. Can be tweaked with whatever you have. I actually prefer using raspberries or strawberries too for less seeds as mixed has blackberries but I've been enjoying the flavor lately anyway

You can replace the banana in any smoothie recipe with avocado or pumpkin purée and it will be creamy. Greek yogurt will also boost creaminess as will using milk instead of water.
Freezing thenfruit youndo use will also help.

    1/2 c frozen blueberries
    1/2 c frozen peaches
    1/2 c frozen mango
    1/3 c Fage Greek yogurt
1 tb peach or apricot preserves
1 c water (hot for a drinkable smoothie, cold for a "milk shake" consistency)
Blend until smooth. I use the Magic Bullet.
Use any fruit combination, match the preserve to the fruit, the combinations are endless.
