Hi everyone.
Guess I'll introduce myself. July 2016 I weighed 330, last Sunday I weighed in at 270, looking to get to 170.
August 7th, 2016 when I finally decided to start taking pictures to document weight loss weighing in at 311

March 19th, 2017 273.6 pounds.

In general I don't really "know" what I'm doing other than 40 minutes of cardio at the gym, lifting, and taking in less calories. Seems to be working?
I'm just looking for a friend in general.
