Good morning from Cartersville, GA (halfway between Atlanta and Chattanooga). It's turning into the most beautiful time of the year here.....gorgeous, intoxicating Springtime❤️❤️. Azaleas, Dogwoods, Crocus, Daffodils, Iris and fresh green everything dusted with thick yellow pollen. Fortunately for me, I don't have allergy issues though some folks, I know, really suffer at this time of year.
I'm practically 70....yes, SEVENTY

I live in NE Florida. I get a lot of exercise working in my flower garden- raking oak leaves right now! Mowing trimming pulling weeds.
I just returned to the gym concentrating on cardio and healthy eating.
