Anyone use The Firm Express?

I keep seeing the ads for this and I went to check it out, it looks like it could be a great program. I just want to know if anyone's used/using it and your thoughts about it???

    The Firm makes great videos. I have the Wave and used it last year - it was tough!

    I'm currently in the middle of the Firm Express and I can really tell a difference. I just finished week 2 and I've already have people comment on how I look. I can really feel the difference too. I've used their videos before and I've always loved them but when they are long, its hard to always find the time (in between grad school, work, family....) but these are great b/c they are only 20 min. They are pretty tough and def. get your heart rate up there but I really like them.
