    I'm 5'1 CW:145 GW:130 but I'm also trying to build muscle so generally trying to figure that out and get more knowledge :)

    What I'm having a hard time understanding is I think I'm gaining because i was wieghing 133 but my husband says no that its muscle?? I don't know if that's it I do lift so not very sure what's going on but it is a bit upsetting..

    has anything changed with your diet or logging? Do you measure/weigh and accurately log your meals every day? Did you increase exercise recently? Is it your time of the month? All these things can play a part in a small gain. To gain 6lbs, you'd have to eat 21,000 calories...so look into your logging, water retention, etc.

    It could be hormones or time of the month, it could be that you aren't drinking enough and are retaining water! It could be that you need more fibre in your diet and that your colon is getting clogged!

    Don't worry too much, just try to stick to it!

    I'm 5'2" and lost most of my weight in 2014/2015 and have been trying to maintain. Gained 7-10 above my range last year and have managed to get back down to the top of my range but struggle to get to the bottom.

    5'0 CW: 147 GW: 120ish. I actually have been on this journey once before starting in around 180 and reach my goal below 120. But I got confident and comfortable and gained almost 30lbs back in 2 years! So here I am again! Feel free to add me!! The journey can and will be long but is achievable!!!

    Hi, everyone! I'm new to the community. I am 5'3 and 242lbs. I'm 50 years old and started really packing on the pounds in the last year and a half. "Menopause". Now, I'm knocking on the door of diabetes. I'd appriciate any low calorie advise or meal ideas.
