    Steve - my diet is 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs. I truly believe that weight loss is Calorie In vs Calorie out. How you get your calories macro wise is up to you. I started my diet on Jan 2 and I do cardio at least 3x a week. I make sure I am calorie deficient. Down from 221 to 195 and shooting for 175. GLTY!

    I have similar but I def fall the IIFYM and probably a 60/40 split of healthy vs junk food
