Hello! I'm having some major cravings. It's the last few days of my period and I've been able to control the cravings so far. Today though, I feel incredibly dizzy and hungry and tired. I'm drinking my water and am still eating the same but I don't know how long I'll last. Yesterday, I was on the treadmill for about an hour in order to eat a protein bar I was craving (Builder's). Do you think if I do the same today it will matter? I'm not trying to indulge or have a binge episode.. but my will power is weak today.

Are you getting enough iron? If not, that could account for the dizziness.

A chocolate craving could mean you actually need magnesium and are trying to self medicate. I do indulge more in dark chocolate at my TOM.

I also eat more then - you could considering eating at maintenance.

I've been getting really dizzy lately to and I run as well. I think it's low iron I also bruise easily and have a little bit of yellow in the corner of my eyes to that also indicates low iron (anemia)
Maybe try and slow down the cardio until your done your cycle, having your period takes a lot out of you too. If you need to indulged one day then do so. I do and actually helps me stay committed lol
    Good luck !

I agree with 1117429, if you craving something eat it! One day will not hurt you if you are on this journey for a lifetime! It will keep you sane,if not you will eventually purge on something. We are human, not machines. . Enjoy what you like and get right back on track! I do and still lose
