Hi, I'm Selena I've been part of MyfitnessPal for a few years now but I recently starting back on track with my dieting and exercising. My goal is to get to 145-150 as soon as I realistically can and then maintain that weight and stay toned. I hope to meet many new faces and be able to challenge and support each other. NOT GIVING UP this time.

    Hi Selena, I'm Cheryl, and I just joined again myself. I know what you mean about getting back on track and not giving up. I keep telling myself it's a way of life, and not a temporary inconvience, you know? I'm tired of giving up. I don't know about you but I want to loose weight to be more healthy and feel better physically and emotionally. My goal is to drop 26 really tough pounds. Really tough. It's been a very very very long time since I've been at my ideal weight. I always think to myself "where I'm at is good enough"
