Hello All! I am new to this app world, but not new to working out & eating healthy...yet again. Ha. I have been tracking and recording my weight, calorie intake and exercise since the beginning of March. My goal was to lose 10 lbs. in 4 weeks...I lost 8. Yay. Stay strong!
