Hey Guys,
I am looking for some education, informative and maybe even beneficial/ life changing material to read. It's kind of all in the title. Have you guys read anything particularly good?

My favorite book so far has been "the end of overeating." Really informative, helped me not blame myself for being overweight. It is still my responsibility, but it doesn't make me a bad person. It talks about many reasons we overeat. I liked it a lot!0

I have read a lot of them - my favorites have been 'The Body Fat Solution' by Tom Venuto and 'The Female Body Breakthrough' by Rachel Cosgrove because both of them come with lots of years of experience with clients and lots of logical, sound advice.0

"The end of overeating" David Kessler ( like vegansara suggested);
"Eating in the light of the moon" Anita Johnston (esp. for women & their relationships with food);
anything by Michael Pollan
anything by Andrew Weil ( or check out his website)0
