My heart rate is definitely elevated.

I'm an independent contractor, so it's a pain, and there won't be a refund.

    well, the sobbing and throwing myself to the floor had to burn hundreds, if not thousands, of calories.

    It depends if you spouse is home and "helping" you...this can get your heart rate in the fat burning zone

    About 40 boxes of thin mints, a cheesecake and a bottle of vodka, not necessarily in that order.

    I think if you are trying to cheat on them, the afterburn would be significant as well.
