Either way is fine. As long as they do get counted.

Log those calories. Always be honest with yourself. Self-deception & guilt can lead to more binge eating.

Second, were you by yourself or socializing. If socializing, I hope you had a good time. Don't let guilt ruin a good memory. If you were socializing, but eating 'cuz you were have a bad time...think about that a bit. Maybe you should just go home.

If you were by yourself, were you depressed?

What's a "bad" meal? Did you not enjoy it?
Really doesn't matter which day...whichever one you feel like logging it towards. Your body counts it either way.

Count them for yesterday, then you can start today fresh without that looming over you all day.

Neither. 3;00am calories don't get absorbed, according to Dr. Oz. You'll be fine.

Oh I wish that was true

I've eaten around that time too. Don't worry, just count your calories.

There's only one reason to be eating Jack in the Box at 3AM. No judgments if it's legal in your jurisdiction, of course.

Lolol but it's totally not that anymore
My 5 month old is teething and he was awake crying, we took him for a drive to try to go back to sleep.

When do you start your diary each day? If it's at 6 30 am,then they'd be added to your previous days total.I work nights so my diary runs from 11pm to 11pmas it makes most sense for me

LOL~ I always just consider midnight the end of one day and the beginning of the next...I'd input for the next day, but really it doesn't matter...it all balances out

My dad used to tell me nothing good happens after midnight so I'm thinking those calories must be doubled too:)

Personally mfp hits a new day at midnight so I would include them as that current day. But I don't think it really matters. If it puts you over you can work it out by using your weekly calories.
