You are in the healthy weight range with a BMI of 24.7.0

I'm the same height as you and I'm 140. I'm right in the middle of the "normal" range. You are at the very top of the healthy BMI range. But your waist to hip ratio is good, and that puts you at low risk for health problems. If you WANT to lose some weight, go for it, but if you don't, that's OK, too. It's up to you.0

It also depends on age please speak with your doctor about your question.0

I would go ahead and rely on body fat percentage in this case to determine whether or not you could stand to lose fat.
I could be wrong, but based on your measurements you are probably sitting a little higher body fat relative to your BMI.2
