Lifestyle change

Hello everyone:
This is day one of my new lifestyle. I'm asking for any advice you can give me to help me stay focused.

    If you truly know why you want the change and you are committed to those reasons, then the rest will come more easily.

    If you are a bit wishy washy as to why you are starting the new lifestyle, then I'd suggest you get your reasons and commitment sorted first.

    After that, it is a matter of working on portion sizes and food choices. Once you have a handle on those, you can add in some exercises.

    Not sure what your new lifestyle actually is, or why you have been on MFP since 2014 and the new lifestyle has taken 3 years to commence?
