My best motivation was weekly check-ins, but most groups have certain fitness challenges or limited dates to start and end. I wanted an open-ended challenge, because this is a life-long thing for me and many others. I'm hoping to post a new thread every week starting today and every Sunday, allowing people to choose their check-in days around their own schedule. Not everyone works a 9-5 or M-F job!

Hi there! I'm Kris. I had successfully lost 85 lbs 4 years ago with MFP and stringent tracking, but alas! The weight all came back and then some after I thought I had it all figured out and stopped using MFP. Now I'm back and hoping to lose at least 100lbs, even though I'm a little older and losing weight has gotten a LOT more difficult.
So here I go!
