Hey I'm really excited my new phone supports this app! I've wanted to try this for a while! I am 38 y.o. and need to lose 75 pounds. I weigh 215. I'm scared of lose skin... so this is going to take a while. I have no self discipline and have never put taking care of myself first. I need to. I'm at a breaking point mentally and if I don't better myself I'm going to be a bitter, resentful wench for whatever time I have left. Physically my body cannot support this weight. It's breaking down. So today is my first day. Wish me luck! *muah*

Thank you.. I think this group is awesome
. So like anytime I have a fear of food or exercise .. a thought going through my head..I can come here and talk it out! This is great because all of my friends get tired of my yo yo dieting ...but I really have days I just need to talk about protein and calories.. lol.. add me!0 -
