Before I got my vivofit, (and the reason I got it) I was weighting 191 pounds. I'm 5' 7" so it doesn't show too much. (according to the nice people that don't want to call me fat. (The reason I became overweight.... I could not walk without a cane, and only from my bed to a recliner.)
As I started getting better and stronger I decided to get back in shape. But I have only lost about 10 pounds in over a year of trying little by little.
THIS IS THE PUNCH LINE... I WAS USING LARGE AND EXTRA LARGE. BUT TODAY I WORE A MEDIUM SIZE DRESS.
So I don't feel frustrated anymore. I think that measurements are as important as weight.
Thanks for being there for each other.

Definitely! And it doesn't matter how slowly you move if it's in the right direction!

That's awesome. Don't worry too much about numbers. I bet you feel better and you definitely feel better about yourself. Maybe add some type of strength training that fits within your limitations such as using dumbbells, stretch bands, etc. Talk to your doc or look up some websites and they can give you some ideas.
