I am very proud of myself so far. I have been doing this for 3 or 4 days now. I have managed to do some kind of exercise every day. Today, I actually got out my Wii and did the Wii Fit for 30 minutes. I do not know if I have lost any weight yet. I am trying not to look at the scale. I want to wait until it has been about a week. I need to work on my water consumption. My calories are good and the rest of my counts are pretty on track. With 3 kids you would think it would be easy to lose weight, but I find that it is difficult to find time to exercise. Finding free time for anything is difficult. Not to mention in a couple of weeks my oldest go back to school (1st grade) and the week after I go back to school. Life is busy but I am determined to lose weight. My hubby comes home in 7 weeks and I want to lose 10 pounds by then. It would be nice to look sexy for him.

I know how hard it is to lose weight - when I started I had 4, 2 in school, 2 at home, worked, and went to school but it is so doable!! After dinner, take the kids to the park and play baseball, or soccer. Let them help you make healthy meals, I found that when my kids had a say in the food, they liked the healthy food. You can do it, and it will help with the stress level also!!!
  • w ehave the kinect games and they are awesome! i know what you mean about losing weight with kids.I try to get up earlier than my girls or to exercise at naptime or after they go to bed to minimize interruptions.Keep working you will lose it and dont put yourself down if you miss a day.Take your kids to the park,go on a nature walk etc :)

Hooray for you -- I'm starting this week as well -- sounds like we have a lot of encouragement on the message board.
