Hey!! Recently i discovered "Hungry Girl"....which is a set of cookbooks and tv episodes (on food network I believe) that give you ways to basically make ANY meal you want, just with fewer calories!!!! The recipes are insane....so easy, delicious, and always use ingredients that are COMMON...none of this CRAZY stuff that some recipes call for.
You should honestly check out the website Hungrygirl.com...you can even sign up your email address and you will get daily recipes emailed to you.....ahhh i just love it!
Good luck!!0 -
I've recently discovered her a coffee pick-me-up drink of hers that I love!! I make it at home... It's a cold coffee/chocolate/malty drink that only has 70 calories!! It's great for an afternoon pick me up especially in this crazy heat. Hope you enjoy!

I'm intrigued cause this sounds similar to the 'cook yourself slim' programme we have here in the UK (I believe it's available to watch on the ch4 website if anybody's interested) and I enjoy watching that.
Thanks for sharing, I'm having a look through the website now.. and sorry I can't suggest a recipe!0 -

I love Hungry Girl! The books are much easier to use than the website...she has funky names for some of the titles of the food that leave you wondering what the recipe is for....best to use the search option if you are looking for something specific. I had the chocolate peanutbutter cup shake yesterday...YUM! The onion rings are good....dang I'm making myself hungry. Off to make her Denver omelet in a cup!0

I just bought the 300 under 300 last night. I didn't want to spend the money on it but I think it will be worth it:)0

I have all of the Hungry Girl cookbooks, and love everything! From the Starbucks swaps to the egg cups! So easy, tasty, and filling.0
