I've successfully lost weight numerous times with MFP but this time I'm here to stay. I'm at the heaviest I've ever been and I've finally come to the realisation that in order to lose weight and keep it off I'm going to need to continue to monitor my intake once on maintenance. Hey girl! I'm in the same boat. I've tried this a bunch of times, but honestly this is the first time I've added friends. It's only been a couple days so far but it's already helped SO MUCH. I have this stupid candy drawer at work and I usually take like 10 trips every day. But I didn't go once today because I had some awesome people encouraging me and motivating me to stay on track.
