    Day 2: 10,949

    I feel great about hitting my goal this weekend but 10,000 steps is way for than I thought it was... and tomorrow I go to my office job. Any tips to get in steps while you're sitting all day?

    You should be getting up from your desk to give your eyes (if at a computer) and your posture a break every hour (I've read). Even if it's 5-10 minutes every couple of hours, get up and stretch and walk. Bring a lunch you can eat while walking, or walk on your break. You really have to make the time at work if possible, because who has 2-3 hours to walk at the end of the day? Do what you can.
