Any body else in their 80's out there ? I am 81 years old 6'4 and 227 pounds when I started this thing a month ago. Now down to 222 so I guess it works. I am very healty through good genes I suppose, love to play golf. I am just getting too big around the middle and want to trim down to about 200. Seems the older I get, the more I enjoy eating.

Welcome:
I'm 72 and still have to work on weight loss. I'm a female and highest weight was 193 at 5'9" . Currently at 158. Getting older doesn't give you a pass on weight control unfortunately. Wish it did. Keep working at it, your headed in the right direction. 200 sounds like a realistic weight for 6'4".0 -
Just turned 60 myself ... congratulations for your success, and for your outlook, which indicates that you are aware it's never too late ...0

69 but good on you for taking care of yourself, it's good to see more seniors on here taking care of themselves. Good luck I'm sure you will rock those pounds away.0
