Today is march 23, 2017 I am going to Tijuana, Mexico on the 28th to get a VSG and just started myfitnesspal my starting weight was at 212 lbs. I'm a 61 years old female from Clermont, Fl. I'm at 207 lbs

    Tomorrow I start my liquid diet oh boy what fun. I'm getting a little bit nervous about my Vertical Sleeve procedure. I've been doing a lot of research on this finding out the good and the bad.
