I use to crash diet for past 1 year and i lost weight and after that i eat normally n gained all the weight ... when i was searching about this i found my metabolism is damaged due to crash diet . I started weight training few weeks back and im eating clean ,. Below my maintenence but im not losing weight as i expected , i just lost 300 grams in week ... can someone please help me , i dun know what should i do ! And also what should i eat before a workout to push hard in gym coz im getting tired after few exercise.. thanks in advance

    What's your height and weight? How much calories do you consume? Do you weigh your food? I've heard of people drinking coffee to stay alert might help you out.
