I eat eggs in some fashion pretty much daily.3

I put about 150 grams of plain greek yogurt in a tupperware with 105 grams of frozen fruit and about 30 grams protein powder. By the time I get to work, the fruit has thawed. Mix and eat. 40ish grams of protein, between 250-300 calories.

I used to make a sandwich with an egg, a thick slice of cured ham, and a slice of cheese on toast. That was easy and about 400 calories. Now I make a burrito with 2 eggs and some onions.1

Not all of these are good about protein, but here are some of my go-to breakfasts:
Greek yogurt
Mini egg frittatas
Bagel thin with whipped cream cheese and lox
Mashed avocado on toast
Blueberry pancakes (I eat mine with Greek yogurt instead of syrup)
Scrambled eggs & veggies
Leftovers from yesterday
Eggs on toast
Fried egg on a sandwich slim with cheese
Protein shake with fruit, yogurt, & protein powder
Fried egg on a multigrain waffle2 -
Premake a bunch of baked egg muffins with veggies. Then just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds for a grab n go breakfast.0

I make egg muffins. It's so easy. I use around 5-6 eggs, mix them together. Then I add in chopped up bell peppers, fresh mushrooms, onion, spinach or whatever vegetables you like. Put the veggies in the bottom of each muffin cup and pour the egg mixture over it. I usually add some type of low fat shredded cheese and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. They are great because you can freeze them and use them when you want!3

Do you have any other ideas for breakfast you can make ahead of time and microwave in am?1

I make an egg white omelet with onions, peppers and turkey crumble sausage. Lots of flavor high in protein.0

I make some toast and spread half an avocado on it. I then crumble up some microwaveable bacon and sprinkle on top with some salt and pepper. It's very filling and not many calories. You can also sprinkle with hot pepper flakes or a drizzle of siracha sauce. Next up I'm going to try frying an egg and putting it on top of the avocado toast. Should be yummy!0

I make oatmeal in a mason jar with fruit, nuts and greek yogurt. Just pour boiling water over the oats, put a lid on and let "steep". Once the water is absorbed, add the fruit, nuts and greek yogurt. It's thick enough that I can eat it in the car with a long handled (ice tea) spoon.
I also do egg and veggie scramble very often. A couple whole eggs and a couple egg whites, plus low cal veggies. I make enough to keep for several days. Going to try doing the muffin cup idea posted here.1 -
No eggs. No gluten.
I need breakfast ideas that do not include eggs or gluten. Just found out I have a sensitivity and breakfast is the hardest meal to substitute.0 -
English muffin , Greek cream cheese, chia seeds for 340 cals. I just pop the english muffin in the microwave to make it faster. Overnight chia pudding is really yummy, filling, and fast as well. U can prep them with a fruity yogurt and nuts! ☺0

One other idea, from a popular maintenance program... mix 6 eggs, cup of whole milk, 3 oz grated cheese, half cup of mixed veggies... mix well... use cooking spray on a 12 count nonstick cupcake pan... fill each cake area evening... season to taste...bake at 350 until set (about 20 minutes)... and you have 12 tidbits that supposedly are appropriately balanced for protein, fat, carbs and veggies... use / nuke two a day and freeze the others until needed.2
