Having a hard time staying committed

I started working out and eating healthy again about a month ago, but over the last week I've felt emotionally drained and have lost my motivation. I have gained about 10 lbs over the last few months and really need to get it back off. When I hit the gym hard and don't see results on the scale I get so discouraged. I found that I don't lose if I eat over 1000 calories, even when I am working out consistently. I feel like my body is betraying me. I just need to get back on track and get motivated again.

Don't give up no matter what! We all fall off but we have to dig deep down inside to the power we have. To overcome any minor set back. Focusing on number only gets more discouraging by the day. Focus on you and only you! You'll be so focus and driven when you do happen to check the scale you won't believe it. You were so focus on being the best you that you can be you pushed yourself. That hard work with show.

You can do it, it is very hard and can be very discouraging. It your not seeing results try jogging, the Weight was falling off me and I could only jog not even five minutes, I do a 3 k everyday now, it's still not that much time to run. But it is working, just remember how crappy you feel when you eat junk and not exercise, once you look at it as helping you internally not just externally you will start seeing results.
We all fined it hard, but you can do it. Take baby steps, good luck !!

I know its the same old question but its an important one: how are you tracking? Are you weighing/measuring? Are you being 100% honest in your logging? At 1200 calories you should be losing. If you're really sure you're eating as little as you say you are and not losing weight you may want to see a doctor.
