Today I set out on my goal to lose 60lbs. I am tired of seeing cellulite in my thighs and the back of my legs. Im tired of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin . It bothers me that im 25 years old and already out of breath playing hard with my daughter. I am ready to be a better healthier me for me and my daughter. Any tips anyone can give me to boost my weight loss and reduce cellulite in my legs would be much appreciated. Good luck to all of you on your weight loss journey.

Protein bars are great - they help me stay away from junky options. I ride a recumbent bike in front of the TV for 30 minutes per day, it is a pretty easy way to get your cardio in and, bikes can be found cheap. Lots of people selling them - barely used! Best of luck on your journey.0
