I've completely fallen off the wagon for the past 2 months, no gym and ate not the best but still tracked. Any suggestions on how to get back on track and quickly?

Go to the gym. 20 minutes, just do that.

Keep logging, make better choices so you hit your calorie goal.

    * You didn't completely fall off the wagon...you tracked. Give yourself some credit.
    * Where are the areas you want to improve your eating? Pick one goal for this week, such as meeting protein goals.
    * Make your schedule free for a workout. Take out the excuses.
    * Do a workout. Doesn't have to be big. Just prove to yourself you can and will.

Just do it. There's no magic. You either want to do it or you don't. If you do you'll get back on the wagon. Make a shopping list and get to the grocery store. Log some gym time in the calendar on your phone and go.

    This^

Shopping list......buy good stuff. You'll eat it if you don't want it to go bad.

Track workouts.......start off with a smaller goal than usual if that's what it takes. But build some consistency.

Looks like you are already getting back on track to me, congrats! As others said just get to the gym so your process continues.

Take the work "quick" out your diet vocabulary. You were constant by tracking, which is great. Add one veggie or fruit to a meal and build on that. Drink water as your only source of liquid. Walk 15 minutes a day, anywhere...in place, around the block, at lunch. Small things added together equals progress. Get rid of the all or none perception. Think about how a fetus grows daily and one day 9 months later is born. It didn't happen over night but it happened.

Yep... just get back into your routine and try try again. It's certainly not a smooth journey but that's kinda just how it is... motivation wanes so you need to stay focused on the 'why' to help you keep going during those tough days/weeks/months. Sometimes switching up your routine helps keep things fresh and interesting.
