Jambalaya Fatty - a creation from the smoker - lots of pics

Fat Tuesday is in a few days and it got really cold today and I wanted some jambalaya...so I decided on a jambalaya stuffed fatty. It made 7 slices about 1.3-inches wide and actually was only 357 calories per slice. For you skeptics, the bacon is thin sliced and the sausage is rolled very thin.
