Your car won't run without fuel and neither will your body.

YES. i lost 2 lbs in 3 days and I'm not even barely "overweight"...so weight loss should be harder since i have less to lose is my point.

I only eat some of them back. I try to eat about 1400 or so calories. If I eat 1700 or more, I will not lose weight. Everyone's body is different; it's trial and error to see what works best for you.

    Your excercize calories?

Everyone here says yes, but every other health site says no. Sorry, I'm not much help!

It does depend on the person. Some people eat them back and don't lose weight, some people do.
Personally, I don't eat them back because I don't lose any weight, but I know others do!
Guess it's just something you have to try!

Because every other site is not built on the same model as MPF. That is what makes it different - and that is what makes it successful.

Everyone who has lost weight on this site will tell you something different. Here is a reasonable and sensible explanation from a professional.

It works for me. But, everyone's body is different. If what you're doing isn't working - don't be afraid to try something different.
