Hello, I am a male, 43 weighing now 241.2lb. I have been on restricted diet for six weeks and have lost some weight. I usually weigh myself once a week on Tuesday. After exerciseing and eating right, I count all my calories eaten and burned and with how many calories I am allowed to eat, I come up with net calorie deficit, when do I notice the loss in pounds on the scale, is it the next day, one week, two weeks, etc?

Weight loss isn't that direct. Many variables can affect your weight beyond fat loss.0

I think it varies for everyone. For example I can see a loss in inches when I measure but nothing on the scale. Sure I love seeing the scale go down but I go by my measurements more than the number on the scale0
