Discovered this lil gem and love it! Makes for great creamy faux mashed taters. Anyone else discover foods they didn't know about recently? Kinda curious about what else I might be missing?

There's also purple cauliflower. It does look pretty weird once cooked.2

Well I know the Orange has more beta carotene and its flavor is very creamy and mild. Going to have to try the purple in the near future.0 -

I recently watched a video on the benefits of cauliflower where I learned the following: - if the cauliflower is not removed from the root at a specific time the visual white color changes. - there is not difference other than consumers prefer white cauliflower vs another color (any color other than white is a turn off to most consumers, even me ☺️)0

The orange cauliflower makes the most divine creamy soup - cut the head up. I just use sautéed leeks, stock and cauliflower, if I have it I throw in some dill one its all been pureed2
