Fitness transformation

Hi my name is Martin and here's my 55 lbs Weight Loss Transformation story; 4 years ago before I found fitness I wasn't taking care of myself, I had few bad habits eating whatever I wanted, skipping meals, eating too much at certain time of day and drinking almost every other day which got me overweight, tired and no energy. I just didn't like the way I looked, the way I felt, I knew I wasn't on the right path and not doing the right things to my body. Getting closer to my 40's I new something had to change so I decided and started to make little changes in my lifestyle. I knew if I started going to the gym and watching what I ate I would lose weight, so I started going a few times a week doing cardio and lifting a bit of weights, than I started to lose but still I wasn't satisfied. I knew I could do better so I started to read and watch videos about nutrition and workouts, started to train more frequently, more intensively. My training routine included some cardio, some weightlifting and bodyweight exercises. With that and watching more my food and drink choices then the fat came off, more muscle and abs definition came out followed by more energy, self confidence, strength, agility, endurance which almost instantly carried over into my everyday life. It gave me control of my mind and body, With all these changes something inside of me lit, I fell in love with exercising and eating healthy on a daily basis and it's now my new lifestyle. Nowadays I'm working out on gaining lean muscle which is working slowly. If you ask me the transformation was not easy but it was fun and worth it, sure there was days I felt too tired to workout, days I felt I was waisting my time, days I felt like I wasn't making any progress but you have to trust the process!
