Hi there,
I'm new to this app and have been loving it. I'm using it to monitor my daily diet as I train for my next powerlifting competition.

Thanks for the friend request. Powerlifting, eh? That's awesome. I've competed in bodybuilding but, ironically, don't have near the strength necessary for powerlifting. My trainer used to put on powerlifting competitions and I was always impressed by the poindages pushed around and the prep to do it. You're a breed apart, big man.0
