Today I'm on 1300 calorie programme. Any tips or inspiration, I've a lot of weight to loose.

Take one day at a time, weigh and track everything and be honest with yourself. I restarted again Only this time I am friending people to help me kept myself accountable. Everyone on her is great and has lots of advice. Friend me if you like. It's alot easier doing this together instead of alone. Good luck!1
