Hi I'm new to the site. I am here to loose weight and understand a little more about what I eat. The first entry on the calorie check was a huge eye :noway: opener to me. I am ready to get back in shape, I have just had my 3rd son (5 months ago) and am ready to be a yummy mummy again :):smooched:

    :flowerforyou: Welcome to you from Scotland. It has been wonderful for me and I hope you find it is as well. I was so sure I was doing ok - and then I saw what I was really eating and understood why I couldn't lose the weight. You'll do it, keep positive. :happy:
