    Hello and welcome to mfp.
    I dont often do extra exercises as such as my job keeps me working long hours, although what i do try to do ar work is to incorporate exercise into my day (lifing,lunges,running up stairs)etc etc.
    However i do watch what i eat, making sure plenty of fruit and veg, fills u up,low on calories too.
    Already lost 1stone 6lb.

    Ahh that's great I've been trying to do the same and have also lost 1 stone 6lbs so far! Keep going you're doing great
