I don't have cheat days. I have higher calorie days though. I enjoy cheeseburgers, fries, pizza, ramen, Indian, Mexican, Ethiopian, Chinese, Thai...all the things.3

I miss cheese1

Doesn't happen anymore, but I would say 75% or more of my day in alcohol1

I don't have cheat days, I call them surplus macronutrient days LOL honestly, people take themselves way too seriously lol
When I have a surplus macronutrient day I asparagus my macros and I usually do it with too much pizza or a good burger and onion rings from my fave restaurant. Sometimes a ridiculously large steak or ayce sushi or ribs. Basically something really calorie dense and in glorious portions lol1 -
Subway and Caesar salads0

No cheat days or meals, I eat what I want when I want and own it.
Fortunately most of the stuff I like is nutritious good quality food. Potato chips are my worst indulgence.3 -
Cofee+subway+ rice0

Pizza or Penn Station0

I try to limit myself to a 'cheat meal', I'm a sucker for Papa Johns & grasshopper cookies0

I don't have cheat days. Or meals. But when I have high carb days I always have pancakes with toppings at some point in the day, and then something like burgers and fries, or pizza and dessert for dinner with whatever snacky bits in between...1

I don't cheat, I eat what I like (to an extent, obviously) within my calories (I go by weekly). So... whatever I'm in the mood for. I'm not going to go and waste calories on a high calorie food unless I'm really in the mood for it though.
But the high calorie stuff I usually go for is baked stuff.1 -
Cheating to me implies something to feel guilty about, really do not like having negative feelings, so I just eat what I want within my calorie allotment for the day.. So no labeling of food or days I eat what I want as cheating.3

I don't have cheat days. I eat treats but within my limits. Banning a food is sure way to make me crave it.4

Once a week on a Sunday I will have a chocolate bar ✌️3
-
Hibachi, Bang Bang Shrimp from Bonefish, Pizza, lots of pasta (not all on the same day of course).1
-
Wine is my weakness. I pretty much "cheat" everyday.0

Don't like calling it a cheat day but every now and again I like beef chow mien from a specific takeaway place. That being said, it was pretty oily last time I had it, and therefore not as nice, so we'll see about getting it again.1

On Saturdays I usually get McDonalds for my cheat breakfast. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit, hash brown and large mocha with whipped cream. Lunch depends on my mood and I try to cook myself a yummy dinner and then it's pretty much always my pint of Ben & Jerry's Chubby Hubby.
I bought chubby hubby last week.... im not sure... it might be a flavour that grows on you0 -
Actually, it is fairly easy to just budget for what I want. No need to cheat.

Salty crunchy carby things. That's why, lately, when I feel an urge coming on I resort to eating salt straight. It seems to help.0
