I had a baby 3 months ago starting weight of 159 pounds and yesterday I've reached my target weight of 131 pounds! I'm absolutely delighted esp with her christening this Saturday and I'll fit into the dress! I don't follow a particular diet just use flora butter instead of full fat I usually use water in tea/coffee instead of milk and I use sweetener instead of sugar :) now some days I cheat :) I literally eat what I want as long as I don't go over daily calories and if I do I try to exercise them back :) I think this is a fantastic app ! But just because you had a baby doesn't mean you can't lose it :)
