I grill my chicken after marinating it in a small amount of olive oil and whatever seasoning I'm in the mood for and grilled cabbage. Mmmm so good

    You can bake them. I brush mine with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a little honey.

    You can also do this with cauliflower - slice down through the head of the veg into thick slabs, a little oil, a little s and p, and grill or saute as noted in previous posts.

    Seconded. I have a whole bunch of it sliced up in the fridge. I was just going to throw it in a salad, but now? Now, I have choices!!
